Lucas Warlop

My development approach relies on a few simple but important principles: doing good work, staying honest about what I can do, and keeping things simple. Here's what guides my daily choices.

Keep Things Simple

I avoid over-engineering and overly complex solutions. If it can be simple, it should be. Clean interface, readable code, features that go to the essentials. Simplicity is often harder to achieve, but it's more sustainable.

Do Good Work

I take time to do things right. Clean code, tests, minimal but useful documentation, security... These are investments that pay off later. A well-built project from the start saves you many problems down the road.

Clear Communication

I don't drown you in technical jargon. I explain what's happening, why I make certain choices, where we are in the timeline. If something's wrong, I tell you directly. Trust comes through transparency.

Stay Curious

The web is constantly evolving, and I love learning new things. I keep up with news, but I only adopt what really brings value. No trends for trends' sake, but real thinking about what can improve your projects.
