Here's how a project typically unfolds, from our first exchange to going live and beyond. Each project is different, but these steps remain fairly constant.

First Contact

We meet, we discuss your project over coffee (virtual or not). I ask questions to understand what you want to do, your constraints, your budget. The idea is that we understand each other well from the start.

Analyze & Prepare

I take time to think carefully about your project. I write simple specifications, propose technical solutions, explain what will happen and how long it will take. No surprises.

Develop & Deliver

This is where I code your project. I keep you updated regularly, show you progress, ask for your opinion when necessary. Once everything works well, we go live.

Follow & Improve

Your site is online, but I remain available. Bug to fix, new feature to add, small improvement... I'm here when you need to evolve your project. That's how we build something sustainable.
